Hello! My name is Kelsey Grounds. I am an optometrist in Oklahoma. I have two vacation homes; one is in Banner Elk, NC and the other is in Panama City Beach, FL. Both are 5 bedroom homes. As my side job, I short-term-rent them on Airbnb, VRBO, and sometimes (rarely) direct booking. I have a husband and two daughters, so we enjoy using our homes for our own vacations too.
