My name is Alex Glickstein. I've been in medical sales for 22 years. For many years, I've been a long-term rental property investor and manager on the side. I'm married with 2 boys. We took on a short term rental property in early 2022. We would like to explore non-vacation short term rentals because we established the fully equipped property, and for various reasons we are now interested in hosting for longer than weekend stays. We feel like our property is well equipped with amenities, and it would serve as an excellent space for families who are temporarily displaced from their permanent homes.
